Universal CityWalk Orlando was opened in 1999 as part of the expansion, along with Islands of Adventure at that
time and then the addition shortly afterwards of Hard Rock Hotel, Portofino Bay Hotel and Royal Pacific Hotel, that changed the face of Universal Studios Florida from a one-park attraction to what is now the Universal Orlando Resort.
CityWalk is the nighttime entertainment and retail area located adjacent to both of the Universal Orlando parks; Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida.
CityWalk also serves as the entrance plaza from the parking garages to the parks. There is a lot to see and do at CityWalk and although it's fun to go to the parks no one should miss the excitement of CityWalk Orlando after dark.
Guests must be 21 years of age or older (w/valid ID) to enter the CityWalk nightclubs AFTER 9pm.
