Downtown Disney is separated into three different areas.
The West Side is home to Cirque du Soleil, House of Blues,Bongos, Wolfgang Pucks and a wide variety of novelty shops.
Disney Marketplace is home to some of the most unique shops around, not to mention several Disney shops.
Pleasure Island was a great place to go for nightlife. They had everything from techno at Mannequins to a wonderful comedy show at Comedy Warehouse. WDW Resorts decided to close Pleasure Island to make way for a more family-friendly environment of dining and shopping.
