Cinderella's Golden Carousel is the oldest attraction at Walt Disney World. It was built in 1917 by the Philadelphia Toboggan Company for use in Olympic Park in Maplewood, New Jersey. That is where Disney designers found it and restored it for use at Walt Disney World. The carousel itself has fiberglass horses which are all different. If you look above your head while you are riding you will see that the story of Cinderella is hand painted on eighteen different scenes.
This ride is not usually very busy so you can get on quickly and you should. If not for the fun, then just for the experience.
