The Backlot Express, located across from Star Tours, is a replica of a movie studio prop shop.  This interesting restaurant is counter service with the cuisine being American.  They offer really good burgers, hot dogs, Caesar salads, chicken strips, tuna subs and more.  Don't forget to stop by the condiments bar for your favorite toppings.

They are open for lunch and dinner and the prices are usually under $14 per person.
