NASCAR Cafe has re-opened and with a new name. It is now the NASCAR Sports Grille. The change to this wonderful and fun restaurant is miraculous to say the least. They still offer the same delectable cuisine that they've always offered but the difference in the atmosphere is overwhelming. This is one newly remodeled restaurant that is well worth visiting.

Nascar is undergoing a massive renovation! The resteraunt is closing October 29th and opening in Feb 2007. The new owners are spending 7 million dollars to make this dining attraction even better. We took some pictures as it prepares for construction. We will be sure to be the first in the door when it re-opens.

"Welcome Race Fans" is definitely the theme at this restaurant. From the time you walk through the door until the time you leave there is no mistaking where you are. Most of the food is very good, I suggest the BBQ ribs, and of course all meals are named after drivers or some sort of NASCAR slang. Guests can order from a limited menu downstairs at the bar or dine upstairs in the dining room. If you are just going for a quick snack, downstairs is fine but if you want to get the total NASCAR experience you need to go upstairs. There will be a few surprises.
