Trapper's Smokehouse is easy to find. All guests have to do is follow the robust smell of the smokers fire. They offer slow-smoked ribs and chicken that has spent hours over real hickory and oak and then grilled over sweet mesquite for a full-bodied barbecue flavor. They also offer hot apple cobbler, bread pudding and more (see full menu below).
