Formerly Barbarella’s, then Independent Bar, Bar BQ has three levels. The first level has a bar against the wall the minute you walk in so grab a drink because that’s usually the emptiest bar in the club. Then when you walk down the stairs on your left there is a sunken pool table area which is surprisingly well-lit considering how dark the club is. As you walk back up the stairs you end up in the main dance area of the club. In the main dance area is another bar located on the far wall and stairs where there is an upper-level to play pool, dance or just sit and relax.
